Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Germany. However, we plan to expand our shipping service from the beginning of next year. In the near future we will deliver not only in Germany, but also in Europe. We are also exploring the possibility of offering worldwide delivery.

How can I track the shipping status of my shipment?

To track the shipping status of your shipment, we will automatically send you your tracking number by email. You have two easy ways to track your shipment: you can click directly on the tracking number in the email, or alternatively, copy the number and paste it into the appropriate field on the DHL tracking website.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

After we have received your order and payment, we will take care of shipping your order within the next 24 hours. Shipping by DHL usually takes 1-3 working days.
UPDATE:
However, it is important to note that DHL may experience delays during the Christmas period. For this reason, we recommend ordering well in advance to ensure you receive your jewelry before Christmas.

Are all pieces of jewelry waterproof and allergy-friendly?

Our philosophy is to offer only the best jewelry, carefully selected and tested. We attach great importance to ensuring that our jewelry is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also meets the highest quality standards. Our products go through thorough testing, which includes our own many years of experience with wearing and even contact with salt water. Don't worry, all of our jewelry is waterproof.
It is particularly important to us that our jewelry is allergy-friendly. We understand the importance of this aspect as we ourselves also struggle with severe allergies. We personally test each piece of jewelry for skin compatibility to ensure that it is also suitable for sensitive skin. We pride ourselves on offering high quality jewelry that is not only stylish, but also offers the highest level of comfort and tolerability.

How can I cancel my order?

If you accidentally ordered something wrong or would like to make changes to your order, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or an email to info@zeneli.berlin . (please always include your order number)
Especially during the Christmas season, we do everything we can to pack and ship the jewelry quickly. It may therefore happen that we process your order directly. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request and make possible changes.

How can I join the ZENELI community?

To join the ZENELI community, simply send us a short message briefly describing yourself and your hobbies, job or passion.

How do I proceed to make a return?

To initiate a return, please send us a message using the contact form on our website. Don't forget to include your order number and briefly describe the reasons for the return. Please note that the prerequisite for return is that the jewelry is unworn and sent back in the ZENELI zip bags. We will send you any further information by email.
